Emmanuel received two confirmations that God had work for him to complete in Rwanda. In 1996 he finally had built up enough strength and courage to return home.
“I was a stranger, a foreigner in my own country,” said Emmanuel. Emmanuel came across nine orphans and took them in. He did not know how he would provide for nine children, but soon God revealed his plan: family hosting. Emmanuel was able to secure funding for his vision and from that, ERM Rwanda was born.
Most of the orphans desire a family, education, medical care, and financial support. ERM met these needs by merging widows and orphans into revitalized families.
