ERM Hope Vocational Training Center (ERM Hope VTC) born from ERM Rwanda’s vision of equipping and restoring the lives of Africa’s orphans, widows and the most vulnerable, dedicated to equipping youth with practical vocational skills, spiritual growth, and life skills for a brighter future.

Our mission is to serve orphans, widows and vulnerable people in the communities of Rwanda and the great Lakes Regions by offering opportunity and hope through vocation training and projects that empower self-sustainability.

 

 

Youth and young adults, especially those from vulnerable backgrounds, who want to gain hands-on vocational and life skills.

We currently offer training in Auto Mechanics, Welding, Tailoring, Culinary Arts, Hairdressing, and Masonry

Training duration depends on the program, typically ranging from 3 months, 6 months and  1 year course program, including both theory and practical sessions.

Yes. Upon successful completion, students receive a certificate recognized by relevant educational and vocational training authorities.

Our programs are 70% practical and 30% theoretical, ensuring students gain real-world experience.

Yes, we partner with local businesses and industries to provide internships, giving students hands-on workplace experience.

Students can apply directly at our campus or online through our website/application form.

 

Yes. Through ERM Rwanda’s Sponsorship Program and partner organizations, limited scholarships are available for vulnerable students.

We provide assistance in finding safe and affordable accommodation only for girls, hostel facilities available.

We provide mentorship, counseling, spiritual guidance, and career support to help students succeed both in school and in life

Yes. We connect graduates with employers, provide entrepreneurship training, and support them in starting their own small businesses.

Yes. We align with Rwanda TVET Board (RTB) standards to ensure quality training and certification.

 

Absolutely. We encourage female students to apply for all training programs, including those traditionally male-dominated, such as mechanics and welding.

 

Yes. As part of ERM Rwanda, we integrate Christian values, mentorship, and spiritual growth alongside technical training.
