
The Culinary Arts program at ERM Hope VTC equips students with the knowledge and skills to become professional chefs, caterers, or entrepreneurs in the food industry. It blends practical kitchen training with theoretical lessons to prepare learners for diverse opportunities in Rwanda’s growing hospitality and tourism sector.
What students learn:

Food Preparation & Cooking Techniques – mastering methods such as baking, frying, roasting, steaming, and grilling.
