With a deep commitment to supporting individuals affected by drug addiction, she provides professional counseling, emotional support, and practical strategies to help individuals overcome substance abuse and rebuild their lives. Her role involves organizing awareness campaigns, leading support groups, and offering one-on-one counseling sessions. Naomi is dedicated to creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where individuals can openly share their struggles and work towards recovery. Through her work at MNH, Naomi contributes significantly to fostering a drug-free community and empowering young people to make healthier choices for a brighter future.

Umuhoza Charlene brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in event management to her role as Event Manager at Melody of New Hope(MNH). With over a decade of experience in the field, Charlene is known for her meticulous attention to detail, innovative approach, and unwavering dedication to delivering outstanding events.

Jimmy NDABARAMIYE leads the organization’s efforts to combat drug abuse and trafficking within Rwanda. He oversees a team of professionals dedicated to implementing prevention programs, advocating for policy reforms, and providing support services to individuals struggling with addiction. Jimmy is known for his strategic vision and collaborative leadership style. He works closely with government agencies, law enforcement, healthcare providers, and community organizations to develop comprehensive strategies that address the root causes of drug abuse and promote evidence-based interventions.

SERUKIZA Eric’s personal mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals affected by drug abuse and addiction. He believes that every person deserves access to support and resources to overcome addiction and lead a healthy, fulfilling life. Eric is committed to expanding Melody of New Hope reach and impact, advocating for evidence-based policies and programs that address the underlying factors contributing to drug abuse. He envisions a future where communities are empowered to support individuals in recovery and create environments that promote drug-free lifestyles.

Shema Joseph (Jeff) coordinates work-experience placements for ERM Hope VTC students, collaborating with businesses, NGOs, and institutional partners to ensure practical, career-building opportunities prior to graduation. Day-to-day he mentors students, liaises with staff and stakeholders, and supports their spiritual growth through worship and praise helping learners advance professionally and walk a strengthened path of faith.
