Kamanda Jean Baptiste serves in the Tailoring Production Unit at ERM Hope Vocational Training Center (ERM Hope VTC), where he plays a key role in garment production and practical skills development. He is responsible for supervising tailoring activities, producing high-quality garments, and supporting students in gaining hands-on experience in fashion design and clothing construction.

In his role, Jean Baptiste ensures that production standards are maintained, materials are used efficiently, and deadlines are respected. He guides students in mastering sewing techniques, pattern cutting, garment finishing, and machine operation, helping them develop professional competencies required in the tailoring industry.
