Biography

Shema Joseph (Jeff) coordinates work-experience placements for ERM Hope VTC students, collaborating with businesses, NGOs, and institutional partners to ensure practical, career-building opportunities prior to graduation.

Day-to-day he mentors students, liaises with staff and stakeholders, and supports their spiritual growth through worship and praise helping learners advance professionally and walk a strengthened path of faith.
